These Terms of Service are the general terms for using this website, and they describe how Forever Young Designs works in general terms. The signed project agreement for your project governs your project’s specific terms, and if these general terms and a signed agreement ever differ, the signed agreement controls.
Package descriptions on this website are general summaries. Every project begins with a written proposal and a signed project agreement that set out the scope, timeline, and investment for that project.
Payment stages, including any deposit and the balance due before final delivery, are set out in the signed project agreement. Payments for completed work, and any refund questions, are handled under that agreement.
Website packages include two rounds of revisions, where a round means one consolidated list of changes submitted at one time. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and is added only after written approval.
Ownership of finished work transfers once the project is paid in full, subject to the project agreement and applicable third-party licenses. Third-party services, fonts, stock assets, and subscriptions remain under their own license terms.
The Forever Young Designs name, logo, and the content of this website remain the property of Forever Young Designs.
Applicable domain, hosting, third-party subscription, and payment processing costs are separate from package prices and are the client’s responsibility.
Forever Young Designs provides design services and does not guarantee specific business results or outcomes. No service includes unlimited revisions or free ongoing maintenance unless a signed agreement says so.
Clients are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for any materials they provide for a project.
This website links to third-party websites and services. Forever Young Designs is not responsible for their content or practices.
