Every project starts with your inquiry and a conversation about your goals. You then receive a written proposal, and work begins once the project agreement is signed. Your project timeline starts when three things are in place: the deposit, your materials, and your written approval.

Projects are paid in stages set out in your signed agreement: a deposit to reserve your project, scheduled payments as the work progresses, and the remaining balance before final delivery. The exact deposit and payment schedule for your project is always confirmed in writing in your agreement before work begins.

Payments for work that has been completed are handled under your signed project agreement. Because every project is custom, refund terms are project-specific and are set out in that agreement, so please review it carefully before signing.

Every website package includes two rounds of revisions. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes, submitted at one time, so your feedback can be applied thoughtfully and completely. Additional rounds can be quoted separately if you need them.

New ideas are welcome. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and is only added after your written approval, so there are never surprise charges.

Your proposal includes your project timeline, and timelines run from the day the deposit, your materials, and your written approval are all received. If materials or feedback are delayed, the timeline may shift accordingly, and we will keep you updated along the way.

You provide the business information, photos, videos, text, and promotional details your project needs. Please only share materials you have the right to use, since you are responsible for the permissions for anything you supply.

Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the finished work transfers to you, subject to your project agreement and any applicable third-party licenses. Third-party services, fonts, stock assets, and subscriptions always remain under their own license terms.

Package prices cover the design and build work itself. Applicable domain, hosting, third-party subscription, and payment processing costs are separate and remain the client’s responsibility; they are never bundled into the package price.

If you need to pause or cancel, the terms in your signed agreement apply. If a project becomes inactive for more than 30 days because of a lack of response, it may be treated as terminated under that agreement. Restarting later requires a new proposal and may require a reactivation fee.

If something in your delivered work is not as agreed, let us know and it will be reviewed under your project agreement. Ongoing updates and maintenance are separate services, quoted as needed, so you only arrange the support you actually use.

Design can powerfully support a business, but no designer can guarantee specific business outcomes, which depend on many factors within your business. Our responsibility is the design work agreed in writing, and you are always welcome to have any agreement reviewed by your own legal advisor before signing.
